Marius has 20+ years experience in the construction industry and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and is a Certified Practicing Planner with the Planning Institute of Australia.
Craig Chatman of cc-ARK. Director of cc-ark, a registered Architect (Australian and New Zealand), has over 15 years of accumulative experience both locally and internationally (The Netherlands) covering a diverse range of residential, commercial, retail, landscape and governmental projects.
Craig’s architectural firm is young, evolving and passionate about bettering the built environment through considered, well designed buildings which have cost effective construction methods and ESD principles at the forefront of each project.
cc-ark is constantly in the search for ongoing methods of ecologically sustainable design, both locally and overseas, which can benefit most building designs undertaken.

Jim Politis is the Director of the company. Jim graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 1980 gaining a Bachelor of Engineering Degree. After graduating, he worked as a Project Engineer/Manager on numerous construction projects ranging up to $85 mil.
Jim has accumulated 25+ years industry experience, over this time he has formed extensive networking skills within the building industry and has established strong working relationships with building consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors and trades renowned for their high standard of workmanship and integrity.
